Change in Process for BEA Software Downloads - Updated 2009

Oracle has recently changed their policy involving license keys when purchasing BEA software. Instead of specific license keys per CPU, there is now a "generic" key that can be used on any machine. BEA licensing will now utilize the "honor system" as is done for all other Oracle products. Please see the attached document, 'New License Key Policy' from Oracle for more information.
