Customer Support

Every existing Bluenog subscriber is eligible for customer support. Bluenog support engineers are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. A standard Bluenog subscription includes 9x5 customer support, an additional support package can be purchased to receive 24x7 support.

There are three ways to get help:

  1. Log into our JIRA ticketing system.
  2. Contact a support specialist via email to Bluenog Support.
